1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between cechock ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the cechock platform at cechock.net. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity offered on cechock, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

cechock reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail. All communications between cechock and registered players are conducted in English.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to cechock is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. cechock operates a strict 18+ policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Personal Use: You must be using the Platform for your own personal entertainment only and not on behalf of any other person, business, or organisation.
• Not a Problem Gambler Under Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement, whether placed through cechock or any other gambling platform you have previously used.
• Account Limit: You must not already hold an active or suspended cechock account. Each individual is permitted a maximum of one registered account on the Platform.

cechock conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks on all registered accounts. During this process, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and documentation confirming the payment methods used for deposits or withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until compliance is achieved.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services offered on cechock — including deposits, game play, and withdrawals — you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during and after registration is accurate and kept up to date. cechock is not liable for any loss or delay arising from inaccurate account information, including incorrect payment details that result in failed or misdirected withdrawals. To update your account information, contact the cechock support team via live chat.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. cechock strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised individual, you must notify cechock support immediately. cechock accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

cechock applies a risk-based KYC verification process. All accounts are subject to identity verification before the first withdrawal is processed. Additional verification may be required at any time, including when a player reaches defined deposit or withdrawal thresholds, when unusual account activity is detected, or during routine compliance reviews. Accepted identity documents include Bangladesh National ID Card, valid passport, and driving licence. Proof of address documents must be dated within the preceding three months.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

cechock supports a broad range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to Bangladesh players. The Platform processes transactions through the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC20 and ERC20), BTC, and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment channels may be added or removed from time to time at cechock's discretion.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount via mobile money channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200.
• Crypto deposits via USDT or BTC have no minimum denomination but are subject to standard network confirmation requirements before funds are credited.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.
• cechock does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposit funds are credited to your cechock account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or USDT equivalent, depending on your account currency setting.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Withdrawals to fully verified accounts are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5.
• cechock reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that exceeds defined thresholds or that triggers an automated compliance review.
• Attempted withdrawal of funds obtained through fraudulent activity, exploitation of technical errors, or any form of bonus abuse will be declined, and the account will be subject to suspension pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

cechock offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and cashback rewards to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual offer description, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus rules and a specific offer's terms, the specific offer terms take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual offer. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the player must wager a total of ৳30,000 in eligible games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual offer.

5.2 Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry a validity period, typically expressed in days from the date the bonus is credited. Bonus funds and associated winnings not used within the validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without compensation. Players are responsible for monitoring their own bonus expiry timelines.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

cechock actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts to claim a single offer more than once, and collusion between players to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the cechock platform are operated under the rules published by the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. By participating in any game on cechock, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, crash games) available on cechock use certified random number generators. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for all slot titles and are available within the game information panel. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios and are not subject to RNG manipulation of any kind.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform error that affects the outcome or continuity of a game session, cechock's records shall be used as the authoritative reference for determining the result. Where a malfunction has demonstrably affected a game outcome, cechock reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical error, software bug, or misconfigured game setting are not valid and will be reversed upon identification.

6.3 Prohibited Betting Behaviour

The following betting behaviours are prohibited on cechock and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripting tools of any kind;
• Exploiting arbitrage opportunities between cechock and other platforms in a coordinated or systematic manner;
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (matched betting using promotional funds);
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or cechock staff to influence game outcomes;
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive conduct in connection with any game or betting activity on the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the fair play obligations described in Section 6, players must not engage in any of the following conduct while using the cechock Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to cechock's systems, databases, or any other player's account;
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the cechock Platform without prior written authorisation;
• Transmitting any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software to or through the cechock Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cechock staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform;
• Engaging in any activity that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionate load on cechock's infrastructure.

cechock cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where prohibited conduct is identified, cechock reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, freeze all associated funds pending investigation, and disclose relevant information to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Either party may initiate the closure of a cechock account. The procedures and consequences differ depending on whether closure is initiated by the player or by cechock.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your cechock account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closure is finalised, any pending bets or active game rounds will be settled according to their normal outcomes. Remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe. 8.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

cechock reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers;
• Identification of duplicate account activity;
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account restriction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, associated funds will be held securely. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and funds will be made available for withdrawal. Where a breach is confirmed, cechock reserves the right to forfeit promotional winnings and, in cases of fraud or money laundering, to report the matter to relevant authorities and cooperate with any subsequent investigation.
